[Abstract - Photonic Boson-Sampling Simulation-Based Interface Analysis of the HER2–Trastuzumab Complex for ADC Research: A Feasibility Study]
Antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) design requires precise identification of hotspot residues at antibody-antigen interfaces. Classical contact-frequency methods may miss residues whose importance arises from nonlinear network effects rather than simple contact counts. Here we report, to our knowledge, the first application of photonic Boson Sampling to antibody-antigen interface analysis for ADC research.
